Clientwise - CRM-system
Overview
Clientwise is a flexible CRM system designed to help businesses organize clients, track interactions, and manage daily tasks more efficiently. The goal of the project was to create a clean, intuitive interface that reduces cognitive load and makes essential information accessible at a glance — even for users handling large volumes of contacts and data every day. I worked across the full UX/UI process: building personas, mapping flows, designing the information architecture, creating wireframes, establishing a design system, prototyping every screen, and conducting real user testing to validate key decisions. The final result is a CRM that feels lightweight, structured, and easy to use, even for non-technical users.
Results
Clientwise now provides a structured, distraction-free experience where users can quickly manage contacts, track tasks, and stay organized. Thanks to strong information architecture and a clean UI system, the CRM feels modern, predictable, and easy to navigate — even for first-time users. The project became a showcase of my full-cycle product design approach, blending logic, structure, and real-world usability.
